The Role

Our in-house design team creates the vision, whilst our Landscapers bring them to life using high-quality native horticulture materials. You will work onsite with a Wearthy Site Supervisor who will direct you on the daily tasks and alongside our internal carpenters and trade assistants. Your main role will be to build the irrigation, permaculture, and horticulture elements of our incredible playscapes. There may also be a small amount of general labouring work.

We work a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday) as standard to enable us to live our core values and find a outstanding work-life balance. Wearthy is open to Landscapers who are seeking subcontracting as sole trades as well as full time permanent positions.

About you

You will have honed your skills in the residential market, you will have a love of nature, natives, and creating outdoor spaces. You appreciate the bespoke elements of positive design and a quality product that nurtures plants to their full potential and attracts native wildlife. You likely have a young family or are seeking a work-life balance, you may be a return-to-work parent or have run your own business and are looking for something with more permanency and less admin. To be successful you will need to appreciate the physicality of the trade, have a full tool kit housed in a trade-appropriate vehicle with roof racks, and live in Brisbane preferably on the Northside.

Landscaping qualification (or equivalent)

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
