Laboratory Supervisor Research & Design (Brendale)

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced **Laboratory Supervisor Research & Design**to lead our lab team and drive high-quality testing that meets and exceeds client expectations. You’ll be responsible for resource allocation, ensuring compliance with NATA and international standards, and fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability. This role will be based out of Brendale, but may require some occasional travel to other locations across Queensland.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledge and experience in one of the following technology areas is desirable; **Bituminous Binders, Asphalt Design, Pavement Engineering.**:

- Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent.
- NATA signatory for construction materials and experience with NATA audits.
- Current drivers licence.
- Extensive experience in construction materials testing ideally with Asphalt and Aggregates.
- Experience in researching and understanding complex information to develop and implement technical solutions.
- Experience with supervising laboratory staff.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Robust safety focus
