- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification or higher.
- Relevant Vocational Qualifications and competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- Current industry experience which demonstrates the relevant vocational competencies.
- Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning.
- Ability to translate industry experience in community services into quality training.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Well organised with outstanding time management skills.
- Ability to work collegially and autonomously.
- Minimum 2 years relevant industry training experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of training packages and the ability to deliver training content in a flexible learning environment.
- Well versed with Standards for RTO's 2015.
- Willingness to contribute to resource development and participate in assessment validation activities.
