Guest Service Agent (Brisbane)

**The Chance**

We are looking for a positive, motivated and professional Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic front office team at K'gari Beach Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). The Guest Service Agent is primarily responsible for ensuring a proficient and genuine customer service delivery to provide an exception guest experience.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extraordinarily high level of customer service and work ethic
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a Hotel or Resort environment
- Demonstrated experience in daily cashiering procedures, credit card reconciliation
- Knowledge of front office check-in systems
- Demonstrate the understanding of cultural diversity within the workplace
