**The opportunity**

This is an exciting hybrid **Talent Acquisition Specialist** role that will focus on both end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, as well as creative sourcing solutions across our entire team based in our Brisbane office.

Our TA team is high performing, within a dynamic, ever changing business where the opportunities are endless.

This is a temporary role for a 6 month parental leave backfill, with the potential for extension depending on business circumstances.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of the end to end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and onboarding
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand recruitment needs, and support best practice attraction, assessment, and selection activities and processes

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Minimum 3
- 5 years' experience in internal recruitment
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with all levels, across a matrix style organisation
