**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop training programs using instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and multimedia tools.
- Develop and deliver training materials in various formats including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, virtual training, and job aids.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain training materials and job aids.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to determine training needs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in instructional design and training.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and training development.
- Experience with Adobe and HTML5 content creation
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and multimedia tools.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs in various formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools.
