Role Description

We are seeking an organised, professional and hard working individual with a willingness to grow and adapt within a fast pasted workplace. This is a full-time, in office Junior Medical Receptionist role located in Brisbane, QLD. The role involves managing appointment scheduling, handling patient inquiries, providing exceptional front-desk service, and supporting the administrative functions of the medical office. The Junior Medical Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls in a qualified and friendly manner

Booking and confirming patient appointments

Responding to emails and general patient enquiries

Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality

General reception and office support duties

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Basic computer and administration skills

Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
