Perigon Group is partnering with a purpose‑led national organisation operating within the energy and workforce capability sector to appoint a General Manager
- Government, Industry & Insights. This is a rare chance to join an organisation playing a critical role in supporting Australia's transition to net zero through workforce strategy, industry collaboration and policy influence. Reporting to the COO and forming part of the senior leadership team, this role will lead a multidisciplinary function across government relations, research, industry engagement and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will help position the organisation as a trusted advisor to industry and government, while ensuring research, insight and stakeholder engagement translate into practical strategic outcomes.

About You

You are an experienced senior leader who thrives in complex, evolving environments and enjoys bringing clarity, structure and momentum to strategic priorities. You may come from government, industry, consulting, infrastructure, education, energy, policy or transformation environments, however you will bring demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams around organisational outcomes. You are commercially and politically astute, comfortable operating at executive level and capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
