Field Trainer – Service Operations Training

Location: Brisbane, QLD.

What you’ll be doing

Train and coach field operatives in the training centre and/or on site.

Maintain strong connections with other trainers within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.

Analyse performance to plan, recommend and implement corrective actions.

Support and actively participate in current employee induction, site inspections and audits.

Include local requirements in global instructions and training content to match the local needs.

Support competence development surveys, assessments and other ways to find out the competence development needs.

Participate in the incident or severe near miss investigations together with the Safety Manager.

Build rapport with operatives and stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.

What we’re looking for

A passion for learning and helping others grow and achieve their goals.

Experience working within the lift and escalator industry.

Electrical licence required.

Comfortable and confident delivering training in person or virtually.

Highly organised, resilient and able to work under pressure whilst managing multiple demands.

Stakeholder management – excellent communicator and influencer.

Good computer skills.
