Queensland Sales & Partnership Manager – Transport & Mining Logistics

PEP Transport has delivered freight and logistics solutions since 1968 and is expanding into Queensland. We seek an experienced Sales & Partnership Manager to spearhead growth across Brisbane and key mining regions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a skilled with robust existing relationships in the mining and transport sectors who can open doors, build strategic partnerships, and convert opportunities into long‑term revenue.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a growth strategy across Queensland

Leverage and expand relationships within mining and transport networks

Identify and secure recent business and develop long‑term strategic partnerships

Manage and grow key accounts across multiple sectors

Present tailored transport and logistics solutions across all service offerings

Drive new business through networking, industry engagement, and proactive outreach

Work autonomously, managing your own pipeline and territory

Travel across Queensland and interstate as required

Work closely with operations to onboard and support new clients

What You Bring

Proven success in sales or business development within transport, logistics, or mining

Strong, established network within mining and/or transport sectors

Track record of winning and growing high‑value accounts

Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability

Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Willingness to travel
