Who We Seek

We are looking for experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team as our community continues to grow. We are currently recruiting for multiple positions.

We are looking for Cert III as well as Diploma holders who have experience or interested in learning Montessori Philosophy. You will be part of a qualified team that puts the child at the centre of everything we do. In this role, you will be working alongside other passionate educators, with the support of our experienced Centre Director.

LWM use StoryPark for observations, programming and direct parent communications.

- this role is perfect for someone who wants to grow and learn more about the Montessori Philosophy. We have a full time Montessori trainer on the floor who can provide hands on training including story park programming, day book, observation mentoring as well. We also provide paid Montessori training for the right candidate as well as provide an chance for future professional development programs. We constantly strive to remove any non-value add work like end of the day cleaning, etc. so our educators can concentrate on providing quality outcome for our children.

The right person must have :

Available to work a minimum of four days

Available to work shifts between 7 am and 6 pm.
