About the Role

BDO's Real Estate Advisory team works with government and private sector clients across a range of sectors including residential development, social and affordable housing, Built to Rent (BTR), hotels, industrial, transport, and health, as well as other traditional asset classes.

We are currently looking for a Real Estate skilled at a Senior Manager level to join our growing team in Brisbane to deliver and advise on significant projects within the Real Estate and Infrastructure space.

As part of this role, you will have the prospect to work across a diverse range of Real Estate and Infrastructure projects nationally, while gaining experience in property advisory engagements and transactions across a wide range of asset classes.

Key Responsibilities Will Include Manage and/or work as part of the team responsible for the on‑time and on‑budget delivery of engagements. Undertake business development activities including engaging with current and potential future clients. Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals and manage tender processes. Manage and coordinate third‑party sub‑contractors. Share awareness of the broader real estate market setting and industry trends across other divisions of the firm and our clients. Maintain robust relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners and broader industry.

About You
