Position: General Labourer

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled assistance to construction teams in various tasks, including but not limited to, demolition, excavation, site preparation, concrete work, formwork, and general labour duties.

Safely and efficiently operate a wide range of construction equipment and tools, such as power tools, jackhammers, concrete mixers, forklifts, and other machinery as required.

Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies both manually and using appropriate lifting equipment or machinery.

Work closely with the construction team, including contractors, supervisors, and other labourers, to ensure effective and timely completion of projects. Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months working as a skilled labourer in the construction industry.

Proficient in using a wide range of construction tools and equipment.

The ability to perform manual labour tasks, including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods.

Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Punctual and dependable, with a solid work ethic.

White Card is a MUST, with Forklift License, First Aid Certificate, or other industry-specific qualifications are not necessary but advantageous.
