Claims & Insurance Officer Brisbane

A well established insurance business has a newly created opening for you to join their growing team. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing commercial claims as well as assisting with renewals and general policy administration. You will become part of a supportive and friendly team where there is long term career progression.

As a Claims & Insurance Officer you duties may include

Managing all claims, across a variety of commercial insurance products.

Assisting with renewals, endorsements and policy alterations.

Managing client files and general policy maintenance.

Liaising with policy holders and insurers over the phone and in writing.

Providing administrative support to the brokers.

What we are looking for

Experience in insurance claims, customer service or underwriting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to work in a fast paced workplace and meet deadlines.

Ability to build and maintain robust working relationships.
