Customer Service Manager / Sales Representative Brisbane

OZK Cleaning Services is a commercial cleaning company that offers a supportive and vibrant work setting. We are proud to deliver high quality services to our customers and we are currently expanding our business.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and reliable Customer Service Manager / Sales Representative to deal with our existing and potential clients in the Brisbane area.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, visiting our various clients regularly, performing routine inspections of our cleaning sites, liaising between cleaning teams and venue managers, carrying out sales enquiries and trying to ensure customer satisfaction with our services.

Key duties:

Maintaining and developing customer relationships

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Visiting existing and potential clients in Brisbane

Carrying out routine inspections of our cleaning sites

Approaching potential clients

Organising cleaning operations

Delivering excellent customer service

Current and valid driver’s licence

Exceptional time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsible work ethic

Robust attention to detail
