Shape the future of defence and engineering solutions

As a Strategic Solutions Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping complex, high-impact solutions that support defence, aerospace, and engineering programmes. Acting as the bridge between customer requirements and engineering delivery, you’ll translate needs into practical, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll be required to:

Leading solution discovery activities with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Translating operational requirements into structured technical solutions, operating models, and service propositions

Supporting bid development through compelling technical proposals, win themes, and solution narratives

Collaborating with engineering, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure feasibility and integration

Presenting solutions in customer workshops, technical briefings, and bid defence discussions

This role is based at Jakarta, Indonesia.

Essential experience

Demonstrating experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or complex technical bid environments

Working within defence, aerospace, engineering, or other complex technical sectors

Translating customer needs into practical, deliverable, and commercially sound solutions

Communicating effectively through technical writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement

Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a structured and solution-focused way

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
