Set in a heritage building in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, Agnes is an experience built around the elemental art of wood‐fired cooking—no gas, no electricity, just flame. The Role

As a Section Waiter at Agnes, you will be responsible for managing your section during service, guiding guests through the menu with genuine enthusiasm, and anticipating their needs with precision. You will take pride in delivering a thoughtful, personalised service while closely collaborating with your team to maintain high standards across the floor.

Ensuring every guest experience is seamless, considered, and memorable.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Previous experience section waiting in a high-quality, rapid-paced environment Confidence in managing a full section independently during peak service Highly interpersonal with transparent and respectful communication Strong attention to detail and passion for the art of service The ability to stay composed and make sound decisions under pressure Commitment to supporting the team in a cohesive and uplifting workplace WSET Certification is highly regarded RSA & Food safety Certificate required
