Position: Waiter/Waitress

Location: Frankie & George, Brisbane City

Job Type: Part time Casual (20 hours/week), with potential for additional hours

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service

Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff

Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously

Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively

Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred

Friendly and outgoing personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace

Team player with a positive attitude
