- Ensure the Building Services scope is delivered in full and compliant with all standards & scope requirements.
- Subcontractor management
- Collaboration and coordination with the wider project team & all stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project
- Design, Construction & Commissioning programme coordination
- Stay abreast of all technological, best practice & statutory changes within the industry. Qualifications/Skills:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Building Services Engineering (or related field) – Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years industry experience
- Knowledge of relevant codes & standards
