Mechanical Design Engineer. (Brisbane)

About the role Eneraque is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team in Brisbane on a permanent basis reporting to the engineering manager. The role would suit someone who is self-motivated, a constructive thinker and someone looking for a challenge. The role is not mundane, with each project being varied and different, whilst still tying in the company’s streamline approach to the production process.
- Creation, process, design, development, and analysis of each project.
- Developing/reviewing preliminary designs and generating manufacturing drawings
- Compiling of finalised designs for both internal and external manufacturing.
- Create BOMs from designs and generate job packs/drawings for for the workshop, site installation team and clients.
- Monitor projects to ensure scheduled dates are delivered. About the successful candidate
- 5+ years’ experience working in mechanical design engineering.
- You will have a Diploma of Mechanical Engineering or similar tertiary education
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical assembling techniques
- Ensure all products adhere to guidelines as per all applicable AS & ADR requirements
- Have proficient demonstrated knowledge of Solidworks and Autocad
- 5 years of Revit & solid works experience
- Substantial knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing practices to be able to apply these to our designs
- Have ongoing working rights in Australia
- Ability to work in a team environment Please specifically let us know if you have:
