Role Description This is a remote role for a Leadership Development Consultant. The consultant will deliver leadership training programs, provide executive coaching to clients, and support personal and professional transformation through consulting and mindset coaching. The role involves creating tailored strategies for clients to enhance leadership skills, cultivate emotional intelligence, and build sustainable practices. Collaboration and ongoing communication with clients are key aspects of this position. Qualifications
- Expertise in Leadership Development and providing structured feedback to drive growth
- Experience in Consulting and Coaching to support client needs in leadership and personal development
- Proficiency in Training programs and delivering educational content to audiences
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, balancing multiple client engagements effectively
- Experience in lifestyle design, personal transformation, or contemporary leadership is a plus Benefits:
