The Role Due to continued growth and multiple recent project wins, they are seeking a Civil Designer with 12D experience to join their expanding team. You’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of civil projects, contributing to technically challenging and high-value work while collaborating with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven designer looking to step into more responsibility and further develop their technical and project delivery skills. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver civil design solutions using 12D, with a focus on bulk earthworks
- Coordinate designs across multidisciplinary teams
- Undertake site visits and provide practical design input
- Support and mentor Graduate Designers
- Assist during construction phases, ensuring design integrity About You
- 3+ years’ experience as a Civil Designer
- Strong skills in bulk earthworks design (12D)
- Background within a consulting environment (preferred)
- Confident communicator with client-facing ability (advantageous) What’s on Offer
