Pop-up Event Assistant/sales Assistant (Brisbane)

Job Description: **About the Role**: We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced **Sales Assistants** to support our **bridal pop-up event** in **Brisbane**. This is a fantastic chance to work in a vibrant retail setting for a luxury bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

**Shift Details**:

- **Saturday, 23rd May 2026**:

- **9:00am
- 2:00pm or 2:00pm
- 7:00pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Assist brides-to-be and their guests in browsing and selecting items
- Handle product enquiries with knowledge and professionalism
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and help keep the space tidy and organised
- Support with basic event setup and pack down
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the pop-up

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience is essential (bridal retail would be a bonus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Must have the relevant **Right to Work** documents and be able to provide these upon request
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
