About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Warehouse & Customer Operations Coordinator to join our small but growing eCommerce business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in day‑to‑day operations while keeping things organised and running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time, managing stock levels, and answering customer enquiries. This is a practical role where you’ll be on the floor, not behind a desk all day.

Key Responsibilities

Packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently

Managing stock control, stocktakes and inventory accuracy

Answering customer care emails in a timely, friendly and qualified manner

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse

Identifying and resolving packing, stock or dispatch issues

Supporting process improvements as the business grows

Skills & Experience

Previous warehouse or logistics experience (supervisory experience highly regarded)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

High level of computer skills (email, order platforms)

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

A forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one)
