About the Role:

Are you a seasoned qualified seeking an exciting opportunity in Commercial and industrial Property Management? We're searching for a energetic individual to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of over 100 tenancies spanning commercial, retail, and industrial asset classes. Working alongside a team of experienced Property Managers and support staff, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and day-to-day operations of our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day and strategic performance of the component within each asset, ensuring optimal customer communication, engagement, and relationship management.

Collaborate with the COO & Principal to develop and deliver budgets, forecasts, business plans, and asset reporting.

Lead leasing and capital expenditure initiatives across all assets, negotiating end-to-end lease agreements and driving revenue growth.

Oversee the Customer Retention Plan, driving on-site and digital customer activations and initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team.

Ensure the effective management of all assets in the portfolio, prioritizing customer retention and satisfaction.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in Commercial and Industrial Property Management.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive solutions and problem-solving.

Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline preferred.

Excellent computer skills, with experience in MRI, Cirrus 8 software preferred.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and operate at a high cadence.
