About the Role

As a Labourer in our rendering/solid plastering team, you will assist tradesmen on residential and commercial job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade, enjoys hands-on work, and wants long-term, stable employment within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist plasterers and renderers with daily tasks

Mix render materials and prepare surfaces

Set up and pack down work areas

Perform general site clean-up and manual labour

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work workplace

Support the team with various tasks to ensure job deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

Previous labouring experience (preferred but not required)

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Reliability and punctuality

Ability to work well in a team

Drivers licence and reliable transport (required)

White Card (required)
