Our client, a well-established and respected automotive service business based in Bundamba , with over 20 years of success, is looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This is a hands‑on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with administrative and accounts responsibilities. A genuine interest in the automotive industry will be highly valued.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Manage customer bookings and schedule vehicle appointments
Accurately record and process booking information
Assist with preparing, entering, and processing invoices
Assist with end‑of‑month account reconciliations
Conduct outbound customer follow‑ups as required
Prepare daily banking and deposits
About You
Previous experience in administration, reception, or a similar role
Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software (ideal but not essential – training will be provided)
Solid communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
Interest in cars or the automotive industry (advantageous)
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
