We are seeking an experienced Pavements Engineer to lead technical delivery of pavement projects and support our multidisciplinary teams across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of pavement projects, coordinating with civil, structural and environmental disciplines.
Apply national pavement design standards, material selection and construction methods.
Prepare and review design reports, specifications and drawings at all project phases.
Interpret pavement investigation and testing data (e.g., FWD, HWD, GPR, LWD, profiler and surface friction testing).
Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
Qualifications
Experienced Pavement Engineer with 15+ years of experience, preferably RPEV.
Solid technical background in pavement design and a proven ability to lead projects within multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects, providing technical leadership, managing design processes and collaborating closely with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine focus on high‑quality outcomes.
Advantages
