Laboratory Supervisor Research & Design Brendale

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Laboratory Supervisor Research & Designto lead our lab team and drive high-quality testing that meets and exceeds client expectations. You’ll be responsible for resource allocation, ensuring compliance with NATA and international standards, and fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability. This role will be based out of Brendale, but may require some occasional travel to other locations across Queensland.

ABOUT YOU

Knowledge and experience in one of the following technology areas is desirable; Bituminous Binders, Asphalt Design, Pavement Engineering.:

Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent.

NATA signatory for construction materials and experience with NATA audits.

Current drivers licence.

Extensive experience in construction materials testing ideally with Asphalt and Aggregates.

Experience in researching and understanding complex information to develop and implement technical solutions.

Experience with supervising laboratory staff.

Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Robust safety focus
