Full job description

Mainly evening shifts, potentially some lunch shifts available. Cocktail list in place, must have experience holding down a busy bar. If you know mezcal, you win a gold star.

You will be:

– preparing cocktails, pouring beers, wines and spirits

– serving tables

– cleaning and organising

– receiving and rotating stock

You will be expected to punch out delicious cocktails at a fast pace, experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items

Maintain food quality and presentation standards

Keep kitchen clean and organized

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Work efficiently with the kitchen team

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred

Ability to work under pressure

Good communication and teamwork skills

Versatile availability, including weekends if needed
