Responsibilities

As a Business Development and Strategy Graduate you will:

Work closely with the BD&S; team and our partners to support the capture of recent opportunities for Boeing.

Coordinate proposal management, plans and schedules for customer campaigns.

Work closely with multi‑disciplinary campaign teams to support the development of proposal structure and content, including proposal writing and graphics.

Communicate effectively with industry, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through transparent communication and transparency.

Education & Qualifications

Required: Tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Communications, Economics, Finance, Journalism, Law, Marketing, or Project Management (or anticipated graduation before January 2027).

Eligibility

Due to the nature of the work you may participate in, you must be an Australian citizen with eligibility to obtain a Defence Security clearance.

Graduate Program Overview

The 24‑month Graduate Program is designed to equip you with essential skills for a successful transition into full‑time work, while fostering your growth into an experienced professional. Throughout the program, you will engage in professional learning and development, as well as social and collaborative opportunities.

The program offers defined learning objectives and a structured framework, but your individual journey will be tailored in collaboration with your manager, shaped by business needs and your personal development goals. You will remain within one business unit for the entire duration of the program, allowing you to immerse yourself in team dynamics and project work. Over these 24 months, you will acquire the technical skills necessary for your role and develop the interpersonal skills vital for a fulfilling career.
