Leverage your cycling-specific network and knowledge to manage costs effectively and deliver optimal claim outcomes. Conduct thorough investigations and validations of reported claims, ensuring fair and accurate settlements within policy coverage limits. Identify potential fraudulent claims and follow established procedures to maintain the integrity of our services. Resolve complaints and disputes promptly and professionally, adhering to agreed service levels. Authorise claim payments within your delegated authority, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines, company procedures, and industry regulations. Collaborate with the Third Party recovery team by gathering effective information for successful recoveries. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our claims processes and customer experience. Who You Are Proven experience in insurance claims management, preferably in a customer-facing role. A deep understanding of and enthusiasm for cycling culture and technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. A customer‐centric mindset and the ability to empathise with claimants in stressful situations. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate electronic claim files. Familiarity with insurance policy guidelines, industry laws, and best practices. The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
