In Your Role as a Causal Educator You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection. Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder. Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can‐do spirit every day. Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families. Bring positive energy and a team‐first attitude to every room. What You'll Bring A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‐recognised equivalent). A current Working with Children Check. Full Australian working rights. A warm, skilled presence and a genuine passion for early learning. Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community. Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave. Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
