Location: Sydney, NSW / Melbourne, VIC / Brisbane, QLD
An established and rapid‐growing global player in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across its distribution channel network. This high‐impact role focuses on expanding market share, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering revenue growth across C&I; and small utility segments.
You will take ownership of a defined territory, managing existing distributor relationships and new business development opportunities, and play a key role in positioning innovative solar, battery solutions and energy solutions in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
Build, manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, installers and key channel partners.
Identify and convert recent business opportunities, maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to deal closure and post‐sale support.
Deliver against sales targets (revenue, volume, margin and market share).
Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers to support project‐specific needs.
Monitor market activity, competitor trends and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
About You
Proven sales experience in Solar PV or renewable energy technologies.
Strong background in channel sales or distribution sales models.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and acquiring current customers.
Ability to manage complex sales processes involving both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Commercially astute with an understanding of project economics and customer requirements.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Self‐motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously.
