Your first few months as a volunteer can be considered a trial to determine whether the activities you undertake are mutually beneficial, both to you as the volunteer and to the organization. On-the-job training is provided for all museum guide volunteers.
For workplace health and safety compliance, volunteers are required to sign on at the beginning of each shift and sign off upon completion of shift. The sign‐on sheet is displayed in the Commissariat Store kitchen. If a volunteer is unable to attend a shift, the Manager should be notified as soon as possible.
