Position Overview
We're currently on the lookout for qualified, passionate swim instructors and lifeguards across Australia.
What's on Offer
Choose your own schedule – work the days and hours that suit you
Work close to home – set your own travel area
Excellent pay – $35/hour for Lifeguard (minimum 2‐hour shifts) and ~ $60/hour for swim instructors (depending on location), plus bonuses and tips
No chasing clients – our support team finds and books lessons for you
Build solid relationships – private/semi‐private lessons give you the chance to connect with students
No insurance hassles – our robust insurance policy provides coverage so you don't have to
What You'll Need
Previous experience in swim teaching, coaching, or as a lifeguard
A passion for the water and helping others learn
Reliable access to transport
Certifications Required
AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, or Royal Life Saving Society swim teacher accreditation OR Pool Lifeguard Certificate (e.g. issued by Royal Life Saving Society or equivalent)
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
HLTAID009 – Provide CPR
Working With Children Check (WWCC) for your state or territory
