The Role This is a high‐volume, phone‐based role that focuses on needs‐based selling rather than pressure tactics. Ask smart discovery questions to understand what a customer actually needs before recommending a solution. When you spot a chance to help a customer save on energy, life insurance or home loans, you make a warm referral to our internal specialists, boosting the customer's savings and your commission. Break down complex information into plain English and maintain high‐quality CRM notes to ensure repeat business. About You A proven sales track record – consistently hitting targets over time. A master of listening, questioning and objection handling. Resilient, coachable and prepared to perform every day.
