Production Area Manager (Brisbane)

Join our team as a Production Area Manager reporting to the Operations Manager. You'll lead a medium‐sized production team at our Wacol site, focusing on continuous development to strengthen our unit and support site growth. Your role includes ensuring safe, high‐quality operations aligned with company values. Educate, coach, and inspire your team to exceed KPIs in employee delivery, operational efficiency, safety, and quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage daily production and employee issues, ensuring adherence to schedules and implementing necessary countermeasures. This role requires a strong presence across all shifts and flexibility in scheduling. Experience working in a FMCG/GMP workplace processing salads and ready‐made meals.
