Lead an established audit division and influence the future direction of a $2M+ practice. About the Chance This senior role offers genuine influence across quality, people, and strategy. You'll sign off as RCA, lead a team of eight, and work closely with senior leadership across a diverse, Queenslandbased portfolio. No listed company audits. Limited travel. Real Partnership trajectory. The Portfolio You'll oversee engagements across sectors including: Property & construction (development, civil, defence contracting) Healthcare & NDIS Indigenous organisations and community groups Clubs, societies, and cultural institutions Most clients are Brisbane, and Qld based, with the majority of work delivered remotely via Teams. What You'll Do Lead audit quality and technical excellence Sign off as RCA across a diverse portfolio Mentor and develop senior staff Shape the strategic direction of the audit practice Ensure compliance with qualified and ethical standards Your Background 10+ years' audit experience Current RCA registration (essential) Solid technical judgement and ethical standing Confidence operating at Director level Genuine interest in a Partnership pathway (1–5 years depending on experience and alignment) Package & Flexibility Brisbane-based with occasional travel If you're an experienced RCA ready to step into a strategic leadership role with long-term Partnership potential, I invite you to call me for a confidential discussion.
