Regional Distribution Centre Manager (Brisbane)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Regional Distribution Centre Manager to lead our Wacol Distribution Centre and drive operational excellence across our warehousing operations. What You'll Be Doing Lead safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations. Drive productivity, performance, and continuous improvement. Optimise space, labour, and automation systems. Oversee inventory accuracy and stock movement efficiency. Ensure service delivery meets customer and business expectations. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leaders and indirect workforce. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and engaged culture. Manage recruitment, capability development, and succession planning. Build solid cross-functional relationships across the business. Own DC financial performance, including budget and cost control. Drive operational strategy aligned to supply chain objectives. Lead reporting on warehouse and supply chain performance. Identify and deliver capital improvement initiatives. Champion a strong safety-first culture. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, policies, and regulations. Maintain governance and ethical business practices. What We Are Looking For Extensive experience in warehouse/DC leadership (ideally parts or heavy industry). Strong people leadership capability with a track record of developing teams. Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory, and supply chain dynamics. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Financial and business acumen, including P&L; responsibility. Comfortable operating autonomously and making strategic decisions. Experience with WMS systems (e.g. SAP, warehouse management platforms).
