Responsibilities Advise industrial occupiers on property strategies that optimise operations. Build strong client relationships and deliver service excellence across the property cycle. Lead client meetings, prepare reports, and act as a key liaison for strategy implementation. Drive business development through market engagement, forums, and targeted outreach. Secure current tenant representation assignments and identify cross-business opportunities. Contribute to financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth. Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of referrals and shared success. Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and industry engagement. Qualifications This is a high‐impact role for a seasoned property professional ready to shape strategy, build relationships, and grow their market presence. Be part of a team that's redefining industrial advisory in Australia. 5–10 years' experience in property advisory or tenant representation. Solid understanding of the industrial property market and leasing fundamentals. LFR experience an advantage with flexibility to work with clients holistically across sectors. Proven success in solution sales to corporate clients at board level. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Financial acumen and ability to deliver strategic insights.
