Job Summary Full time/Part time/Casual position available in Brisbane, QLD. Minimum 1‐3 years of security industry experience, preferably in a concierge role, and a valid security licence are required. You will own our customer experience and contribute to a superior first‐time impression. Key Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and greeting them warmly. Monitoring behaviour and ensuring a safe workplace. Answering and directing customer enquiries. Ensuring all security sign‐in processes are followed. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1‐3 years' experience in the security industry. Valid security licence. Own vehicle with a valid driver's licence. Outstanding presentation and customer service skills. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail. Strong service‐focused philosophy and ownership mentality.
