This role offers exposure to premium corporate transactions and advisory matters, working with sophisticated clients across the resources and technology sectors, including ASX-listed companies and growth-stage businesses. About the Role You will work across a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, including: Capital markets transactions and capital raising activities Advising on ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance Public and private M&A; transactions Corporate structuring and governance matters Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Resources sector transactions, including joint ventures, royalty arrangements, farm-ins/farm-outs and project acquisitions/disposals This role provides the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior practitioners while maintaining meaningful client exposure and responsibility.
