As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our talented team. We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join TLPC. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Directors and Senior Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse development projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in overseeing the end-to-end development process, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to construction management and project delivery. Provide support to Directors and Senior Managers in coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Engage with clients, councils, and other external parties to facilitate project approvals and ensure alignment with local planning regulations. Undertake project and company administrative tasks such as report preparation, meeting coordination, and financial tracking. Manage timelines and priorities. ABOUT YOU Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and financial modelling tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Motivated individual, who is excited about development and being part of the growth of a dynamic team QUALIFICATIONS Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in either Property Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Development, Finance, Planning etc. 1-3 years' relevant experience in a similar role within the industry WHAT'S ON OFFER This role will provide; Endless opportunities for career development, professional growth and continuous learning.
