Description
As the steward for digitally enabling Australia's health system, the Agency plays a key role in coordinating national engagement, delivery, and adoption of digital health to facilitate person‐centred, connected healthcare. Our responsibilities span national digital health services and systems, including My Health Record, Electronic Prescriptions, and the MyHealth App. The ServiceNow administrator provides ServiceNow administration support for the Agency's ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Team ensures the effective implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform to support the Agency's service management objectives. The ServiceNow System Administrator will focus on continual delivery, collaboration and support; to ensure a safe, secure, compliant ServiceNow platform with enhanced user experience across its broad customer base. The role will develop, implement, and maintain enterprise‐scale ServiceNow solutions across various modules. Leveraging various principles, you'll ensure smooth deployments, manage processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless, impactful solutions. What You'll Bring Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring technical support including triage, analysis, service restoration, request fulfilment, defect fixing and minor enhancements on ServiceNow platform driving optimal health, compliance, and performance. Implementing platform upgrades, releases, patches & hot fixes across ServiceNow environments according to the implemented SDLC best practice framework ensuring environments are controlled and auditable throughout the development and testing cycles. Build and support design, integration, and automation of ServiceNow platform features and capabilities, configure and test new features, components, and integrations, driving measurable improvements. Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required. ITIL Certification required. Minimum of 2+ years' experience in the administration / configuration / Upgrades of ServiceNow. Ability to obtain and maintain national police check. Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility. Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.
