About You You hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. You have experience working within the early years and a strong understanding of early childhood development. You're a proactive, creative, and engaging educator who thrives in a busy and stimulating environment. You're passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children, helping them grow into confident and capable learners. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement educational programs that support children's individual needs. Build meaningful relationships with families and children, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a secure, nurturing environment for all. Qualifications & Experience Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
