What you'll do Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and employees Champion a 5-star service experience across our Brisbane office Manage and maintain meeting spaces, bookings, and daily readiness Troubleshoot tech issues to keep meetings running smoothly Partner with facilities and security to maintain a safe workplace What you'll bring Exceptional customer service with a people-first mindset Robust communication with ability to adapt your approach based on the situation Confidence multitasking you stay calm under pressure Tech-savvy with MS Office and meeting room systems Experience in reception, hospitality or similar roles Availability to work Wednesday
