Working closely with the State Operations Manager
- Fun Squad, you will provide strategic oversight of business performance, financial monitoring, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives to support sustainable growth and operational excellence across the state. You will also play a key role in identifying risks, analysing organisational performance trends, and providing recommendations that support informed decision-making and long-term business sustainability. This is a Hybrid opportunity and available to all locations in Queensland About You You are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who is passionate about supporting teams, improving systems, and driving positive operational outcomes. You bring strong organisational and analytical skills, enjoy working across multiple stakeholders, and are ready to further develop your strategic leadership capability within a statewide environment. What You Bring Degree level qualification in Early Childhood, Business, Commerce, or a related field Demonstrated experience in operational leadership, business operations, or business development Strong financial, analytical, and reporting capability Experience leading continuous improvement and operational governance initiatives Hold, or ability to obtain before commencement, a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check Experience working within the profit-for-purpose sector will be highly regarded The full Job Description is available below.
