Now, as we scale, we’re looking for a

Senior Electrical Compliance&Technical Manager

to lead the charge on safety, standards, and engineering excellence across our BESS platform. It’s about shaping how renewable energy is built, tested, and trusted – not just ticking boxes.

What you’ll take ownership of

Leading RedEarth’s electrical compliance and certification across all products and installations

Translating complex standards (AS/NZS 3000, 5139, 4777, and others) into practical design and production guidance

Partnering with design, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure every system is safe, compliant, and beautifully engineered

Driving continuous improvement in quality systems and electrical design processes

Representing RedEarth in conversations with regulators, auditors, and technical bodies

Mentoring engineers and building deep internal capability in compliance and safety

What you bring

Chartered or degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with strong compliance, testing, or certification experience

Deep understanding of electrical and safety standards for renewable or battery systems

Experience working at the interface of product design, compliance, and manufacturing

A systems thinker who’s as comfortable in standards documentation as you are on the factory floor or in the lab

A natural collaborator who lifts technical teams and champions best practice
