Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and discipline expertise at a senior level.
Deliver asset management services and specialist advice to clients and project teams.
Manage, lead and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Maintain a high standard of quality in the development and review of deliverables.
Contribute to proposals, tenders and business development activities.
Qualifications&Experience
Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
5 to 10 years of experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation, manufacturing, or other relevant industries.
Experience working for both an asset owner and a consultancy will be highly regarded.
CPEng status, or the ability to obtain it, is preferred.
Skills&Attributes
Strong understanding of asset management principles and their practical application.
Familiarity with Asset Management Plans (AMPs), Reliability Management Plans, and Asset Lifecycle Costing.
Experience with FMECA, RCA and RCM techniques.
Strong understanding of maintenance engineering practices and their implementation.
Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, SAP or Oracle.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects and scopes of work, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
